If what you have needs to be "hauled away as LARGE BULK ITEM GARBAGE" then you have the following options:

3) Contact a Junk Pickup Service and for a reasonable fee they will come take your Bulk Item away. Here is a LIST OF JUNK HAULERS

4) Contact EDCO and tell them you live in an HOA but you need to PRIVATELY PAY to have them haul away your large items. Here is the EDCO WEBSITE LINK

5) Lastly, hold your bulk items till either the SPRING or FALL City of Solana Beach, 'FREE' BULKY ITEM CLEANUP DAY at La Colonia Park.
